For attendants who arrive late:
From Thursday on, registration is in the conference office!

Car park
Heilig Hart, Naamsestraat 102 c
Drive on the Ring Road around Leuven to the crossing Naamsepoort, and turn into the Naamsestraat, which is the direction of
the city centre. You will find the Heilig Hart car park easily, opposite the hospital, on your left, just before you get to STUK. You
will have to pay in euro.

There is also an entrance (‘the back door’) from the Erasmusplein, near the entrance of Mgr. Sencie Instituut (MSI).

Car park Ladeuze
The nearest car park to the campus is the underground car park Ladeuze on Ladeuzeplein.
It is open 24 hrs on 24 hrs. It is easy to find and well indicated if you turn into Blijde-Inkomststraat from the Ring Road around Leuven, crossing Tiensepoort.
You will have to pay in euro. Friday is market day and parking Ladeuze might be full then.

Internet facilities on Thursday and Friday
On the campus, conference attendants can check their mail free of charge, during the office hours - from 9.00 - 17.00 Please wear your badge. Inside, drinking, smoking and eating are not allowed.

Lunches on Thursday and Friday

There is also an entrance from Blijde-Inkomststraat.

Participants who have registered for the lunch, will receive lunch tickets for the University restaurant Alma 1, very near to the
campus. A ticket includes:
- 1 plate of soup
- 1 main dish
- 1 dessert
- 1 drink
Lunch is scheduled between 12.30 - 13.30

Note:
if you have not registered for your lunch beforehand, it is still possible to go to Alma 1 and have your lunch there. In this case, you have no ticket; you will have to pay in euro at the counter.

Conference Dinner on Thursday night

Participants who have registered and paid for the dinner, will receive a ticket for the walking dinner. The dinner starts at 19.30. Please hand in your ticket at the entrance of the Jubileumzaal.

Guided walk through the historical City Centre
on Friday, 18.15.
Participants who have registered beforehand will receive a ticket for the guided walk.
Most guides will speak English, one guide will speak Dutch.
The 2 hour walk will include the Begijnhof or Beguinage, on the UNESCO World Heritage list.
Conference attendants, who have already checked out of their hotels, can leave their luggage at the Conference Office until the walk has finished.
